What happens to the details you send through this website. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

Graham Johnson, trading as G.S Johnson (Graham Johnson Plumbing & Heating Services), based in Darwen, Lancashire. You can reach him on 07725 416 955 or gjohnson1489@gmail.com.

What is collected

When you use the enquiry form, only what you type into it is collected: your name and phone number, a description of the job, and, if you choose to add them, the type of work, your postcode and your email address.

Please don't put anything sensitive in the job description, such as health information. It isn't needed to quote for plumbing work.

Why it is collected

Your details are used for one thing: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you a quote. You won't be added to a mailing list, and your details are never sold or passed on for marketing. Under the UK GDPR, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and Graham's legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about his work.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry passes through a small number of services on its way to Graham:

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the code that handles the form.
  • Resend sends your enquiry to Graham as an email.
  • Google (Gmail) provides the email account it lands in.

Some of these suppliers handle data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards they put in place.

How long it is kept

The website itself stores nothing; the form sends an email and keeps no copy. Enquiries that don't become work are deleted from Graham's email 24 months after the last contact. Enquiries that do become work are kept with the job and accounting records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tags. The fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Ring Graham on 07725 416 955 or email gjohnson1489@gmail.com. There's no charge, and you'll get a response within one month. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
