My bathroom was a mess, not practical for myself. Graham quoted in great detail what was required to move a bathroom from its current location to another room in the house.

He also gave an accurate timescale for the work, and kept me updated of what he was planning to do each week. Miranda assisted at times, as did Warren, who completed the electrical work. The tiling work is superb, friends and family adore my bathroom too.

Graham was respectful of my property and my belongings. I paid for the work in instalments, to help me with budgeting, but all equipment (suite, tiles, plaster etc) came directly to my property and was stored on site until it was ready for installation.

At no point was I asked for additional money to cover x, y or z as the original quote had been so thorough.
